How To Return An Item
Returning something should be simple. Here is exactly what to do, step by step. You have 28 days from the day your order arrives, and we pay the return postage on eligible returns.
How To Request A Return
- 1.Click ‘Request a return’ below.
- 2.Enter the email address used for your order and sign in using the verification code sent to your inbox.
- 3.Open your order, select the item you’d like to return and choose a reason.
- 4.Submit your request. We’ll review it in line with our returns policy and email you with the next steps and return shipping instructions.
Good To Know
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or colour? Simply note it when you request your return, and we will check availability and arrange your exchange for you.
FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us as soon as you can with photos. We will sort it out and cover the return postage.
SALE ITEMS
Sale and discounted pieces can be returned on the same basis as full-price items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept international returns and cover the return postage on eligible returns. Please contact us first so we can confirm the right return method for your country.
